Michael Dudley, Owner of M.S. Dudley Development has been meeting the needs of luxury, custom home buyers for thirty one-plus years in Arizona. He is adept at crafting a custom residence with both high quality and stylish elegance.
He works closely and effectively with his customers to assure that the process is both successful and enjoyable. His firm, and the nearly seventy five subcontractors he has carefully selected, have earned the reputations of honesty, reliability and meeting agreed-on time lines.
Originally from South Bend, Indiana, Michael Dudley moved to Arizona in the mid 1980’s and has lived in Scottsdale since. He founded M.S. Dudley Development in 1989 and has built and remodeled hundreds of luxury residences throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, and surrounding areas over the past three decades. From the beginning, Mike has been interested in creating one-of-a-kind, architect-designed, luxury residences for his customers. He has been featured in a Builder/Architect Magazine for a build-to-suit project and as one of Arizona’s current premier luxury home building companies. He and his wife Cindy have been married for 36 years and they have two children and five grandchildren. They are very active in their community.

Cindy Dudley

After twenty six years with the Scottsdale Unified School District, Cindy retired and joined Mike at M.S. Dudley Development as the Office Manager. She is in charge of the in-house bookkeeping, subcontractor credentialing and various office duties to support the team. Cindy enjoys professional interaction with clients to ensure they feel comfortable with the financial portion of their M.S. Dudley experience. She most enjoys the friendships that develop with clients and continue long after their project is complete. Born in Morenci, Arizona and raised in Scottsdale, Cindy is extremely familiar with, and passionate about our beautiful state.
Frankie Talarico, Jr.
Frankie Talarico, Jr., MSDudley’s Superintendent/Project manager,has been in the construction business for over 22 years throughout New England. He brings with him experience in high end construction from Coastal Maine and throughout Central Connecticut. This is where he developed an eye for high quality and an understanding of the intricacies and specifics of constructing a custom home. Frankie also possesses extensive knowledge in the cabinetry/millwork trade giving him an eye for fine details.
He and his wife relocated to Arizona to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle that comes with this beautiful state. Together they enjoy hiking, exploring, camping, and other nature based activities. Frankie is also a singer/songwriter for his band named "Off the 60". Where he and all his bandmates are from the East Valley. He loves to talk about and share his music.
